A world 10,000 times better
I’m Damien Mearns, As I write this, it is 2am in the morning 3 days after I found out I have cancer of the stomach.
For many years scoliosis & back pain has been the world I have lived in; as a patient, therapist and a campaigner for a better way to fix bad backs all over the planet – 10,000 times better. The picture on the front of this blog post is a before and after of a patient, Henry Greens. It does not show how great I am, it shows how great the repeatable techniques I use are. Henry, a Canadian, was written off by the famous Dt Stuart McGill: “Your back is too bad even for me to fix”. Henry came to me – by email – and I treated him, on camera with a local therapist and then his wife doing the actual therapy. This happened in December 2023. I had hoped that sometime early in 2024 that this would have been enough to change the way back pain is treated around the world – “gone viral” as the phrase goes. It didn’t. It did help a few more people, but the world of bad backs is a world of brick walls controlled by dinosaur institutions, egos, interests, money… all that sort of stuff. The power, the voice of the patients – the true interest group, from a systems perspective, is very low as they are dispersed individuals.
The story of my life has a few “make the world 10,000 times better” things in it I’ll detail a bit below. It turns out, that’s the easy part. Getting past the brick walls of the current set up is the thing that has always crushed these improvements. I need you to change that. The system needs to change.
I have been delving into the world of cancer for 3 days now and already I can see “10,000 times better” things that others have done that are being brick walled like everywhere else. How come I can see these things from a standing start in 3 days and Oncologists around the world who have dedicated their lives to this are in the “I’ve never hears of this” stage. I’m clever, but not that clever. It’s the system.
I am 58 years old, it’s the 16th March 2025 and it’s now 2:16 am. If I am to see April, or 2026, some of those brick walls need to come down now. I need you to help that happen now. - IMM01: “World expert” level Oncologists, from around the world, for over 20 years have been using a spin-off of the BCG vaccine to super charge the innate immune system is small scale trials. The innate immune system – the natural killer cells – are what fight cancer cells. They have repeatable seen and published the huge improvement in cancer outcomes and have seen no safety issues. This simple immune boosting game changer for cancer is stuck on the shelf by regulators and is not being used. It could be released today, but the brick wall says “no”. I need you to turn it to “yes”.
In cancer treatment, immune therapy is now a recognized mainstream treatment approach- i.e. boost the immune system and it will fight off the cancer.
What they found with the BCG vaccine for TB, was that patient’s health in many other ways was improved: heart attack in future years and all sorts of such health markers.
The BCG vaccine is an attenuated bacteria. When injected into a patient, it is so large and complicated that the immune system digs deep and wakes up
the Innate immune system and it “natural killer cells” to deal with it. This acts as huge life long booster for your immune system giving you added protection
for every infection or problem like heart attacks etc. Same basis as “a little bit of muck is good for you”.
Sadly a second BCG shot sends your immune system south.
So what these “World expert” level Oncologists did is they went looking to see if they could make another similar heat killed bacteria booster shot that
they could giver repeatably and each time it would boost the immune system North.
They found it – in cow dung. They made it, they used it – it worked brilliantly: cancers with 30% survival rates went to 80%, they published on it for 20 years. The latest version is call IMM01.
They did a huge phase 3 trial costing millions – as they do. The trial was, as they have to be, multi-centred. This required separate ethics committee approval for each global site.
It got stuck here with administrative delays, the company doing the trial ran out of money and the trial stopped. And there it lies. Due to it’s known safety profile it could be authorised today on a “phase 4” trial basis where patients can use it but each case is documented to report outcomes. The phase 3 could be re-started with “a few million dollars”.
It’s as simple as that. These are not social media influencers doing this, these are the top, top world expert cancer specialists. They say “It’s good to go now, we know it’s super safe, we know it’s super effective” This is one of their published papers: “Long-term survival and outcome of patients originally given Mycobacterium vaccae for metastatic malignant melanoma” - Naltrexone is a globally used standard and quite effective treatment for addiction to drugs with a very good safety profile.
Low Dose Naltrexone where you take 1/10 or less of the standard amount.
Cancers grow and spread, they often spread after they are disturbed by surgery or even biopsies. It is published science that Low Dose Naltrexone stops this.
Yet this is not prescribed. Patients have major surgery to remove tumours all over the world and then the tumours are back – and everywhere else as well – in a few months. Tumours spread when they are biopsied sometimes as well, yet they have a simple drug to stop – well dramatically reduce this – and they do not use it. Patients are condemned to a painful death riddled with cancer when a simple safe pill can prevent this… “10,000 times better” and brick walled. The IMM01 does this a well but will have to wait a few weeks after re-starting to be produced again, the Low Dose Naltrexone could be used today, right now.
The same Low Dose Naltrexone has very good results for ME/CFS, Fibro, MS… and all those sort of things. She had to “sneak” past the brick wall. This could be prescribed “off label” as standard tomorrow and it will improve the lives of many… but not all… people around the planet who suffer with these things.
How do “we” do this ? It needs to be “we” so individuals are not left to “sneak” around the brick wall on their own like a medieval poacher on the estate of their master.
The question needs to be answered right for civilisation to continue. From a systems perspective, is needs to be like an effective cancer treatment – the metaphor is perfect: it’s an organic system issue:
a) Like you need good tissues and cells and diet etc to start with, you need good people, strong people, Christian people. Christian ethics, the important part, have taken over the whole world and is stronger in many non-Christian parts than “Christian” ones.
Cancer starts by switching off the innate immune system. The vested interests have done the same. The wall to wall porn, the deliberate attack to break up the family… all that jazz that is the stage 1 of weakening, and then it takes over and we have our 1984 forever.
To fight it, like you need to re-prime the innate immune system and wake up the natural killer cells with IMM01, we need some mucky small rustic thing to wake up the individual person or enough of them and their defence system to stimulate a “I’m not standing for that anymore” situation that they can cope with. Once woken up they can sort out the cancer. What is that IMM01 for civilisation ? Last time it was Jesus that brought the world from it’s dark place. We need something, from a systems perspective, a IMM01. IMM01 can be used time and time again… so can Christianity.
But it will be back, so what do you do about it ? Stay aware that the struggle is perpetual. There is no “End of History”, it’s an organic system, changes will be made and attacks will re-happen. Where the defences are up, they will protect the system, where they have been switched off, they need to be switched back on or we are doomed… I might no be long for this world so you will be doomed.
Having woke up the defences, what then ? What’s needed is , like in cancer, a multi-pronged attack, as any fixed approach will be corrupted by the established players. They will totally control the “patient support groups” or the “consumer rights groups” with nothing more than a small grant or even a few branded pens or the odd invite to a big meeting to make them feel important. They are stopping me getting the IMM01 and the Low dose Naltrexone I need to stay alive. They know what the primer is – most cancer patients don’t. So to stick with this metaphor with Civilisation – what are is simple, strong, super effective thing they want you to keep from you ?
It’s Christianity – the ethics. The church should be and can be a carry vehicle for this. It often is, it often isn’t. Have a read of the New Testament – the old testament is a bit grim and not very Christian in huge parts with the odd exception. Much of the New Testament complains about the Old Testament, so it’s useful as a reference point, but I wouldn’t want to be quoting it too much. Again this is nothing new: “Find out what your enemy does not want to do and do rather a lot of it” – one of those Art of war books, might be Carl Von Clausewitz but these might be my last moments on Earth as they have stopped me getting IMM01 so I don’t want to spent too much time looking up quotes. What do they not want to keep from you ? The last IMM01 – the message of Jesus. Jesus is a cult figure “Oh Jesus, Jesus ! ” . For me what is important is the message of Jesus. he even said this himself: “enhanced” quote as to how I read it: “If you want to follow me, don’t bleed’n follow me round telling me how great I am, do what I say, listen to the message I am bringing, change your lives and how you treat yourselves and others” – that was the IMM01 that brought civilisation to the whole world, ethically speaking i.e. “follow my message”, Christianity is everywhere.
We… you… are now heading into a new darkness. We are at so low an ebb that they are rushing through a beyond National Socialist Workers Party level “Bump off the old and frail” law that even the Pagan Romans would balk at – though many of the other barbaric tribes would have found fine like the Carthaginians. We… you… are returning to pre-Christian barbarism. This time it will be AI enhanced. Have a read of the gospels, listen to what he says. IMM01 can be used time and time again, just like the message of Jesus. They want to take that away from you – they don’t want you to do that… so do rather a lot of it… and don’t just read it, do it.
What is this “message”, what does it look like ? The smart academic phrase for it might be “power continence” – as opposed to “power incontinence” where you do whatever you can because you have the power to do it or think you can get away with. So you can go out to a disco or a web site now and “hook up”. What’s the result of that ? In the UK alone 500 unborn babies a day getting slaughtered, god forsaken tower blocks in the middle of nowhere full of lonely single mothers and feral children – and lots of other problem – all so you could enjoy a quick shag. It’s an organic system, nothing is “free”, the death of your baby, the disease, misery, poverty your shag causes is the very high cost of your shagg. There is no such thing as “free” sex, there is no “free” anything. Christianity says you have the power to do that… but don’t do it. Playing Russian Roulette with the life of that girl and her baby by saying : “I might get away with it” doesn’t redeem the situation. “Christianity” is cartooned into the image of a church “singing the name of Jesus” – I’m not against that if that works for you and it does work wonders for many people. For me Christianity is taking the “natural urge” stuff of “Wow it looks like she is up for a shagg tonight” and saying instead: “Let’s chat, maybe a kiss and a dance, we might like each other and might build a life together, share the struggles, the joy etc – I have the power to ruin your life tonight , but I won’t” – Power Competence. that sort of thing in every walk of life.
I was lied to by my University – they had the power to lie and they did. They said: “come to Warwick as you are a 4 A’s student and study maths at a top university”
I got there and it was a medieval photocopy session where a lecturer wrote advanced maths on a board at 500 miles per hour as he knew it and well all copied it down onto a piece of paper as fast as we could, this is common trick of “top universities” all over the western world. Many years later I saw the maths degree study material from the Open university – it was miles better. That caused me lots of problems in my career as had I had better material, I’d have got a better grade – I had other problems as well to do with my back, but this is the trick they do. Such institutional “we can get away with it, so we will” non-Christianity is in many places, wrecking people’s lives. It’s everywhere – not just cowboy builders”
Schools, in the UK, especially are places where children suffer lifelong trauma from bullying. It mainly happens in the playground where there are no teachers on duty. “We have adults supervisors” is the reply – you mean dinner ladies with no authority over the kids. You’ve gone into be a teacher, do it properly, you have the power to stop bullying both overt and also the hidden type. If you are out there , one quick ‘eh don’t leave Steve out, let him play with you’ and you’ve turned a lonely miserable childhood into a happy one. All you need is a rota ! I had a bit of bullying due to this, not too bad in the scheme of things, but I’ve seen many others have their lives wrecked. While I’m on schools, I’ve just remembered I really enjoyed, particularly the final year of Holy family High School in Thornton, Liverpool . I enjoyed playing football all lunch time on the big grass field they had in the sun and I remember enjoying Julie and her giggles, Sandra and her naughty jokes, Susan and her “eye rolls”. I had started high school in a private all boys school, St Mary’s, with a concrete playground: No grass, no girls to flirt with… no fun ! I actually did well, 10 ‘O’ levels loads of grades A’s from a comprehensive school, but I’d have been happy to have lost a few exams for the fun playing footy in the sun and learning how to make girls giggle – this is an important life skill to have and lots of all boys schools lads never develop it later – fix the system !
In the world of bad backs, patients like Henry say “Please help me, my life is wrecked” and they could help him, but they don’t. They leave his life in mess in the same way a Gigolo zipping up his trousers having just shagged a vulnerable school girl walks out having wrecked her life for his quick shagg.
As you can see from the back pain video section Henry’s back was treated by his wife and she fixed him with the simple techniques that I showed her on video that I show in the video section that have been known about since 1970 – “A world 10,000 times better”.
Do the “Top hospitals” and “Top docs” round the world now use this ? Do they fuck ! “We have never heard of it” – of course they’ve fucking heard of it ! Those cruel barbarian bastards ! .. and in that last rant I misdirect (deliberately). They are not barbarian bastards – they are not the problem. The problem is “the system”. These barbarian bastards, they have bad backs, their family members, friends do. They go home and remove the system’s suit & tie and they want their back fixed, their cancer cured…
How do we fix the “system” on a more detail level?
We need a new financial system. The one we have is out of date and worked well in the industrial revolution – a time of large capital projects – factories etc
It’s been not fit for purpose for over a century now and is a big cause of wars etc

If you have a stone in your shoe you walk funny, so if you have a major fault line in the base system the world uses for trade, work …life
then that is going to cause lots of problems. NEFS might not be the exact solution but something along those lines needs to be implemented or you face doom.
What ? Global Financial systems as well as bad backs ? – why not ? I used to be a computer programmer – a hybrid accountant programmer and I’ve been called in many times to fix systems – I’m a systems guy – for the likes of BT, Deloitte, HSBC I saw the personal stress of people working in faulty systems. Fixed the system and the people were happy – well those not made redundant by my automations anyway ! I say that in a jokey way but in many of those roles I suffered viscous attacks from people – I was a threat to their job and livelihood, but their job was not needed. Under the current Financial system they have a problem, under NEFS – they don’t.
This “I need my job at any cost” is a huge stone in the shoe in the broken system that got worse with every new machine in the 1920’s, every new PC in the 2020’s … and now we have AI about to remove another pile of people from jobs – “Hello ! we don’t need anywhere near full employment – that’s what the machines are for. She is Czech and her health was damaged when the cloud from Chernobyl rained over her town as a child. They knew… and didn’t warn them to stay indoors – the barbarian bastards… actually it’s “the system”. Let’s change the bloody system. It’s an artificial construct, it’s rules of the game type thing, not a law of gravity type thing. In the school of Rugby many years ago they changed the rules because they wanted to and invented Rugby – we can do the same – it needs to happen, it needs to happen now.
I go into accountancy and see they can be 10,000 better, bad backs 10.0000 better, cancer 10,000 better there must be this sort of level of ‘waste of your lives’ thing in loads of other places. You could have a life that is 10,000 better… or you could sink into pre-Christian barbarism, maybe forever.
Change the system so it aligns with Christian ethics – which is reality – and the reality we now face is we don’t need everyone working all day all life to make the things we need.
In the meantime release IMM01 and low dose Naltrexone now. The reality of that is we don’t have time to wait. I’d say “Please” but I well know the sound of my own voice bouncing off a brick wall.
